That used to be the place until they opened the nuke plants off of 80. Now the birds rarely get down there in numbers like they used to. Although this yr there are more birds down south than there have been in 10 yrs due to the large amounts of snow near the 80 line. They are smoking them in so il right now.

Hunted down in Pontiac this year, migration was in full force...Hunted some quarry ponds and seen a variety of Canadas, Snows, Specks and a few cacklers. Ducks, mostly mallards, gadwalls, few blacks...Great time a lot of hunting pressure near the b-wood area...always is..
